M Soni Gold & Jewellery does not request or store customers' complete card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking password.

Order Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully placed after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation and order details for future reference.

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails or an amount is debited without successful order confirmation, the transaction will be verified. Any applicable reversal/refund will be handled according to the payment gateway and banking process.
