Return & Exchange Policy

At M Soni Gold & Jewellery, we aim to provide quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience.

Exchange Only

We follow an Exchange Only policy. Returns for cash refunds are generally not accepted except where required by applicable law or in circumstances specifically approved by M Soni Gold & Jewellery.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request may be considered when:

• The wrong product has been delivered.

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• The product received does not match the product ordered.

The customer should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order with the order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging, where requested.

Product Condition

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be considered.

Products that have been altered, damaged after delivery, worn, misused, or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by M Soni Gold & Jewellery.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be processed subject to availability.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

An exchange may not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Products damaged due to customer handling

• Used or worn products

• Products altered or modified after delivery

Exchange Shipping

Where applicable, shipping charges related to an approved exchange will be communicated to the customer before processing.
